This mod offers three files to open each of the Guilds Exclusive Dungeons without the need of joining said Guilds plus the Civil War Quest exclusive dungeon.

This mod offers three files to open each of the Guilds Exclusive Dungeons without the need of joining said Guilds plus the Civil War Quest exclusive one:
Korvanjund (Civil War Exclusive);
Saarthal (Winterhold Mage Guild Exclusive);
Snow Veil Sanctum (Riften's Thief Guild Exclusive).
What each file do:
zzz_Korvanjund.esp (Civil War exclusive dungeon):
»»» Removes the boulder locking the dungeon's access. But beware! I've put some guardians inside.
»»» Avoid getting the Jagged Crown unless you don't intend doing the Civil War quest in future!
zzz_Saarthal.esp (Winterhold's Mage Guild exclusive dungeon);
»»» Places an entrance door on top of Saarthal exterior. Exiting the dungeon may require some parkour abilities.
»»» Bonus content: Removed the boulder near the Midden access below Winterhold College and "lowered" the Midden's "door" to allow access to College's interior.
zzz_SVS.esp (Snow Veil Sanctum) (Riften's Thief Guild exclusive dungeon).
»»» Places an entrance door shamelessly in the oppositive side of vanilla door.
»»» Avoid getting the Model Ship, I don't know if it breaks something on Thief Guild's questline!
