this mod adds modified versions of the destruction spells Entropic Bolt and Withering Bolt
to the spell merchants item lists.these spells deal non elemental damage.
Entropic Bolt is an apprentice spell and has 25 base damage.
Withering Bolt is an expert spell and has 60 base damage.

i was unsatisfied with some other spell mods i've played not
adding the damage health effect so i decided to make my own.
version 1.5 modifies the spells animation.
version 2.0 also adds the spell Entropic Blast.it is
an area spell and has 40 base damage.
this mod seems to be compatable with Full Magic Scaling.
