Adds more customization options to khajiit facegen.

Adds more customization options to khajiit character creation.
Current Features:
- 45 Sliders for female khajiit.
- 46 Sliders for male khajiit.
- Converted the 3 male khajiit beards for females
- All 12 Vanilla khajiit hairs can now be used by both genders (I also included 8 variations of each hair, i will add more on future updates).
- Added Silver Earrings and enabled Enviroment Map for the earrings and the hair rings.
- New asymmetrical earrings combinations (the same 8 variations that i used for the hairs, i will also add more on future updates).
- Smoothed the 12 hairs weighting just a bit, to reduce stretching.
- Fixed the female and male head weighting (Stops the clavicle bone from affecting them).
- Fixed scars clipping on the female face due to a missing morph (stills clips when the character blinks, i will fix it when i add my new whiskers expressions that im working on).
Only supports the vanilla heads right now.
(should work with modded heads, as long as they use the vanilla khajiit head morphs).
