Completely clean saves right after exiting Helgen with Ralof/Hadvar, that I use personally for testing.

No mods, no SKSE, not even the High Resolution Texture packs
(If you want to load them on top of this save there should not be a problem).
I was somewhat unsatisfied with the current availability of clean saves.
For the purposes of testing, my headcanon of what the Dragonborn would be is:
. The default Nord.
. Unskilled
No, he would not be cutting down enemies left and right, or indulging an unhealthy potion addiction. Or using magic (yet).
. Grabbing minimal gear
There is a dragon attacking. We do not have time, or the space, to harvest everything. Nor would he loot a bloody corpse's armor, especially when all that is available is the colors of factions you are not sure you align with. It would also paint a target on your back if there were any ambiguity before.
