I was building a new modlist and wanted to include a UI overhaul like this one, however i was surprised to see it was available only for SSE. Permissions were quite open (or at least author didn't seem against it) so i decided to backport it myself.
Consider this an experimental backport, a sort of self gift to celebrate the 100th mod i post on Nexus.
--- Major differences with SSE version: ---
- Main Menu had to be cut because it crashed (however the background is still available)
- SkyUI gives error pop ups, you can ignore them in 2 ways:
1. Deactivate SkyUI version checks in MCM
2. Install SkyUI Warning Remove
(thanks to user |Nocturnal| for pointing this out!)
- FOMOD was changed to prevent from installing incompatible parts and patches
Other changes and details:Spoiler:Show- Removed QuickLoot patch and TDM patch options from FOMOD because not working/incompatible with LE
- .wav files were converted to Mono 44.1 kHz 16bit, if you think they sound worse than the original try restoring them with SSE ones
I apologize for making thesechangescuts, i don't know how to modify .swf files so i focused on converting everything else.
For me the backport works well enough, but your mileage may vary.
If anyone more experienced than me can do a better job at it then please do, I encourage anyone willing to work with this amazing mod.

I must thank everyone who supported me along the way. Seems yesterday i tried my first backports, never did i imagine i would make a hundred of them. I hope i could make a difference like all the backporters did before, making us experience new mods even on Legendary Edition.
Nordic UIis a complete interface overhaul. Some of the UI sounds have been remade as well.
I highly recommend using my SkyHUD preset (and editing it to your liking), because I have made position/size changes in the hudmenu.swf therefore other
presets might not look as intended.
