This was my fun attempt at creating an animated tear-shedding overlay, mainly for screenshotting- or machinima purposes.
Upon loading the plugin, two "Apply Tears" lesser powers will be added to the player, one that is triggered on yourself with the shout button, and one that can be cast on an NPC by hand. Casting the spell will add an ability with the scripted tear visuals, and re-casting it again will remove the ability. Simple as that.
This is a modder's resource btw, I'd love to see what people make out of this. And if you're to include the assets in your mod(s), I'd appreciate a heads-up.
Installation:
You may manually download the archive and then drag-and-drop it into a mod manager of your choice (like Vortex or MO2), then enable.

- *NEW*: User redrew89 was so kind to add Racemenu implementation to the script, to make the animated overlay apply to the face only, thank you so much!!
- Each frame was mouse-painted using a humanoid female face texture as a template (like in the GIF).
- And before you ask, no, I do not take requests. Although while working on this, it did kinda cross my mind to eventually animate blood running out of a vampire's mouth. Perhaps when I find the right time, but no pressure.
