Makes torches weightless, sets their duration for 30 minutes instead of 5, and gives them a better light radius & fire damage buff. Should be fine to merge into Bashed Patch to save an ESP slot.

Gives torches a marginally larger light radius, increases their lifespan from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, increases the bash fire effect to 8 damage for 6 seconds so they aren't totally worthless, and makes them weightless.
Should be alright to merge into Bashed Patch to save an ESP slot, this is only 2 small edits to a spell(the fire bash) & a light source(torches).
