This modification sets the recovery of shouts to 0 when receiving the blessing of Talos.

РУС: Данная модификация устанавливает восстановление криков на 0 при получении благословения Талоса. Как через Его алтарь так и через Его амулет. Установка стандартная. Выберете один из ESP файлов на ваше усмотрение и скиньте в папку Data в корне игры. Затем нажмите галочку в вашем лаунчере в разделе "Файлы".
ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ! Если до установки мода у вас уже было благословение Талоса от алтаря, сначала снимите его например взяв благословение любого другого божества. И лишь затем вновь возьмите благословение Талоса. Тогда всё должно заработать.
ENG: This modification sets the recovery of screams to 0 when receiving the blessing of Talos. Both through His altar and through His amulet. The installation is standard. Select one of the ESP files at your discretion and drop it into the Data folder in the root of the game. Then click the checkmark in your launcher in the "Files" section.
WARNING! If before installing the mod you already had the blessing of Talos from the altar, first remove it, for example, by taking the blessing of any other deity. And only then take the blessing of Talos again. Then everything should work.
