But with 69 years of age I'm afraid that I'm not able to provide those contributions any more that some of you might expect. And my apologies to those I might have overreacted to in times of frustration.
All my mods, and in particular FNIS, FNIS SE, and FNIS Sources, are passed over to "The Care Taker", and are fully owned now by "Nexus Mods". And I will not be active any more in any of the Nexus threads, including those I have hosted for years.
Although the timing might imply, this decision was made weeks ago, and has nothing to do with the disastrous situation the whole world is facing now. But it is a clean cut for the coming days, months, and maybe years where I want to take care only for my family and myself.
is there a way to fix a save that has the t pose bug? i followed how to uninstall the mod correctly but i forgot to makea new game, idk if thats the problem or i did something else wrong

Running SE v1.6.1170, I updated and/or reinstalled all mods to the current version and verified Skyrim and even tried running a new game but it didn't fix anything. Using Vortex, these are my mods.

Everything was working just fine til I added SexLab Tools v3.0 since I couldn't seem to get the scenes to start. When I added that, everybody was stuck in t-pose. So I uninstalled it but the t-poses still remained. I think the main problem is the three missing animfile's on the bottom of the consistence checks of FNIS. They've shown up every time I fixed another mod. I went through all the files and found the 0SA\mod\0Sex\anim\OpS\ directory under the OARE for Ostim file but it doesn't have the LyBKneKne subfile. There's files named KneKne and LyBKne but neither have the 3PLyingIdle .hkx files. Upon further searching I found all three of the 3PLyingIdle codes in a .txt file under OARE for OStim SA/meshes/actors/character/animations/openani_addon/FNIS_openani_addon_List.txt so I'm wondering if I just don't have the right load order or if FNIS isn't connecting them properly. Do I need to manually insert files into the proper directories of is there some way FNIS/Vortex can send the files to their proper directories? Any help would be much appreciated. ok so I really wanna know why the directory skyrim is installed in is any of the FNIS development teams business steam offers the ability to place games on more than the boot drive, because games are huge and not all games need an SSD if your boot drive is different from your games drive, and modding in "c:\program files" is literally only something noobs do, stupid issues with windows defender make it a TERRIBLE idea to leave the library folder the same and now with GOG copies and the fact that steam was not ever the only platform it makes even less sense to check the name of the directory, because it was never reasonable to assume it was in a "\steam\steamapps\common" file tree so why does this non-error still claim it like it is the developer wanting to discourage piracy and locking up the "silent" run of FNIS via mod manager scripts? it was never true that steam was the only valid way to get a legal copy of skyrim, literally never, so this directory check was basically a bug from day one that may have been the most common setup prior to the cheapening of SSD's but now it should just be removed and checking if it is run in the skyrim data directory made sense before mod organizers were the norm but now it is a pointless thing to say, and you can't assume one single mod organizer variant eitehr since there is more than 1 popular option
so I would like the current maintainers/developers of FNIS to just remove directory checks altogether, they never made sense and the way the "error" is always listed is a misnomer, the directory should never be on the program files tree, literally never, in fact I wish steam would delete that as the default since maybe you might want to refresh windows but not re-download >100gb of game files or play directory shuffle to move the existing game files back where they belong(according to valve) there is no reason at all to check if the game is a steam copy anymore, and there were always plenty of reasons to not check the directory at all in fact my setup of two rigs I wish I could sync between somehow would make an external drive that is not even allowed to connect to steam(forced steam updates on SP games should be illegal, especially when mods, a legal thing I am allowed to do and have the right to do as I choose, requires the ability to 100% ban steam from editing my files unless it directly is told to by me, not some automated system designed by a programmer at valve
so please, delete the directory check code, it was always bloat that never meant anything and just causes a fake error that locks up scripted managers
yes I am salty, for good reason since my skyrim copy is not CTD'ing for absolutely no valid reason, the mods and version is exactly the same as the last time I played it and yet it CTD's before reaching the main menu, and the delays caused by FNIS refusing to run scripted is making diagnosing which mod is corrupted unacceptably painful
Finis need to be Skyrim data folder, and skyrim needs to a "A Stream Library", Steam can have multiple libraries and guess what, none of my multiple steam libraries are in the system Drive, what the *** are you whining about.. I do not have your problem... maybe it is your setup, maybe your missing something, since this unique to you, wonder what your missing, because personally I do not care.

Sounds like you could be on wrong page, this is Basic olden days Skyrim, OLdrim, LE, legendary Edition. I'm Just guessing cos you mentioned SE, sometimes LE and SE and AE and god knows what other versions are intercompatable, sometimes they are not.

Most likely you'll need to run straight skyrim once to get the loading screen. You don't need to actually play, just see the loading screen that comes up. That sets up some folders and files. Then run it via SKSE (for your version of skyrim).
I missed that you are running Skyrim SE. This is the discussion for Skyrim LE. You'll need to remove Fnis LE and download and install Fnis for SE? .
Hey, i was having the same problem i figured it out, if you install it through NMM, then go to your game file, in there you will see Data folder, when you get there, you see FNIS, DO NOT GO THERE. go down and you will see tools, open that up and you will see the user generator there. LMK if you cant find it, i will send screen shots. Hope this helps.
THANK YOU SO MUCH! my skyrim le has been broke for months after I tried adding some new stuff so I reverted back to what used to work, which also stopped working. your comment lead me to find that there was a loading error and that I was also not using the FNIS correctly with vortex mod manager.
I have 32 bit windows 7 and skyrim LE. When i start FNIS-generator (for modders), it gives me error "0xc000007b". Can i run the LE version on 32 bit windows?
Ignore the warning that running FNIS for modders, while NOT BEING A MODDER, will corrupt the animation files did we. Next time you see a warning I suggest you read it.
Do you have any problems with the FNIS for Users? No, then you got no problems except your stupid and ignore warning not to corrupt your game
Guys FNIS for Modders modifies the animation registry for Skyrim variables. Used by FNIS for users to generate new animation. Do not play with it if your not a modder modifying the animation registry for your mod.
