This modification sets the charge time of all master spells to 0. This will allow you to use spells such as “Firestorm”, “Blizzard”, “Lightning Storm” and others - instantly, without wasting time on charging them.

RUS: Данная модификация устанавливает время заряда всех заклинаний мастера на 0. Что позволит вам использовать такие заклинания как "Огненный шторм", "Буран", "Гроза с молниями" и прочие - мгновенно, не тратя время на их зарядку. Установка - Скинуть файл Fast Casting Master Spell.esp в папку Data, а затем активировать его нажав галочку в вашем лаунчере в разделе "файлы".
