This simple tweak will add a instant zoom for 3rd person.

Want see a item upclose? Zoom in, pick it up, zoom out. Want to see your follower upclose? Zoom in, zoom out.
Want to go through a dungeon or tunnel without hurting your eyes? Zoom in, after going through, zoom out. Simple!
You don't have to download anything, just add these tweaks in the bottom of your Skyrim.ini

If you want to tweak the settings yourself, just download the available file.
FOV 65 or 75 is recomended but you can play with the FOV you want too.
