This is a backport of Frost VFX Edit mod thanks to open permissions by the author Kittytail. The description below is from the original mod.
❄️ Additions:
• Improves color gradient, shading, and UV map scaling.
• Adds new meshes and particles. (For the changes in style as well)
• Gives higher particle count overall.
• Adds string data for HDT-SMP Force Fields.
• Optimization.
This is just models replacer, no esl. Should be compatible with anything that doesn't alter the same meshes.

• Blizzard spell effect.
