This will provide natural motion to idle animation.
I tried whether can create the natural idle motion simply.
character idle motion are single in skyrim unless use the fins, nemesis so actor do the motion even if talk to other.
as alternative way, use dynamic animation replacer and this hkx that include long static time frame and motion frame.
unfortunately, there isn't condition of actor talking on dynamic animation replacer so I set the condition as equipped item type.

I strongly recommend use Dynamic animation replacer because npc also use this motion.
if not use, motion using are possible if put hkx directly but npc use this.

default are equip the weapon's mace and each necklace,
+Mace and gold necklace.
+Mace and silver necklace.
+Mace and Silver jeweled necklace
+dagger and gold necklace.
+dagger and silver necklace.
+dagger and Silver jeweled necklace
+war axe and gold necklace.
+war axe and silver necklace.
+war axe and Silver jeweled necklace
