About this mod

I basically did my best to add all the abilities of all the current TES games to Skyrim.

I wanted a Mod that allowed me to play as a Nord with the full gameplay potential one would have, so this was born. What it does is my best attempt to readd the abilities from Morrowind and Oblivion as well as my best shot at adding the abilities from ESO.

Breton:
Passives:
Mer Blood: Grants a 15% Cost Reduction to all Spells and 50pts of Magicka
Noble Birth: Grants a 25% Desease resistance and 15% Poison resistance.
Lesser Powers:
Gift of Magnus: Increases Magicka by 10 pts for 30 seconds.
Oppertunist: Increases Critical hit Chance by 15% for 30 seconds.
Greater Power:
Unchanged. Dragonskin was fine as is.


Imperial:
Passives:
Red Diamond: Grants 45 pts of extra Carry Weight.
Imperial Discipline: Grants 25% to Health, Magicka, and Stamina.
Charming: Prices are 15% Better.
Imperial Luck: Unchanged.
Lesser Powers:
Diplomat: Increases Speechcraft by 30 pts for 30 seconds.
Voice of the Emperor: Made into a Lesser Power cause it sucked as a once a day trick.
Greater Power:
Star of the West: Once a day, set down a ring that causes you and your allies to regenerate 15pts Health, Magic, and Stamina a second for 60 seconds.


Nord:
Passives:
Nordic Blood: Grants a 50% resistance to Frost and 25% resistance to Shock.
Rugged: Grants a 15% resistance to damage and magic.
Stalwart: Grants a 35% Boost to Health and a 50% Boost to Stamaina.
Lesser Powers:
Battle Cry: Made into a Lesser Power for the same as VotE.
Atmoran Frost: For 30 seconds, opponents in melee range take 10 points of Frost damage and half that to Stamina per second.
Greater Power:
Woad: Once a day improve your armor rating by 150 pts and your magic resistance by 50% for 60 seconds.


Redguard:
Passives:
Conditioning: Stamina and Stamina Recovery are increased by 35%
Sandborn: Redguards are now 15% resistant to fire.
Constituion: 75% resistance to Poisons and Diseases
Wayfarer: Improve One-Handed Skills 5% faster.

Lesser Powers:
Heart of Sand: Increases Stamina by 35 pts for 30 seconds.
Martial Training: One-Handed weapons do 10% more damage for 30 seconds.
Greater Power:
Adrenaline Rush: Stamina regenerates 10x faster for 60 seconds. Slows Time for 15 seconds. Equipped Weapons swing faster for 45 seconds. (note, you need a weapon to use this power now.)

Update:
Changed the Oppertunist power to a Crit Chance as the Light Armor buff was simply Not Great.
