This is a port of my SSE mod. I didn't test it on Oldrim, you'd have to tell me if it works or not.
I can't guarantee that bodyslides will work either, as they are made for latest versions of CBBE, which is not available for LE.
Below is the original description:

Basic info:

• Unisex, functional weight sliders, beast races support
• CBBE 3BA bodyslide
• Craftable, temperable
• Distributed via SPID
• Choose between 2k or 1k textures (4k and 8k)
• Optional dark gold recolor
  

Adds 13 pieces of equipment:

• Elven Enforcer Armor (3 variants with different pauldrons)
• Elven Enforcer Gauntlets (2 variants)
• Elven Enforcer Boots (2 variants)
• Elven Enforcer Helmet and Riot Mask (each with open and closed variants)
• Elven Enforcer Beak Mask
• Blind Justice (blind mask)
  

You can craft and temper them with Elven Smithing perk. The stats are similar to Elven Armor. 

Recommended:
SPID to distribute the armor to NPCs
CBBE 3BA Body for HDT-physics (modest amount where appropriate)
Bodyslide to apply your custom presets

I run a somewhat lore-friendly modlist, so I generally avoid bikini mods, but recently I checked "The Amazing World of Bikini Armors" out and it had a lot of genuinely good mashups. I thought to myself, "wow, this would fit right into my modlist if the gazongas were covered up somewhat". That's what I started with, and it kinda snowballed from there.
