About this mod

Unlike their male counterparts, female bosmer in the vanilla game don't have a custom face normal map and use high elf textures instead. This mod fixes this inconsistency.

This is a backport of Female Bosmer Normal Map Fix mod thanks to open permissions by the author AdoresUnicorns123. The description below is from the original mod.

Description:
Bethesda has given all of the races unique normal maps, with one exception - Female Wood Elves.
My mod fixes this inconsistency by giving female woodelves their own unique normal maps so they match their male counterparts.

Compatibility:
No plugin incompatibilities found yet.

Most skin texture mods on the nexus do not provide female woodelf textures by default, as they are an unused texture path in the vanilla game.
I have provided consistency patches for some of the more popular skin texture mods with open perms.

Skin textures that have been patched:
Bijin skin - consistency patch available under misc files.
Baby girl skin - consistency patch available under misc files.
Fair skin complexion - consistency patch available under misc files.
Mature skin - consistency patch available under misc files.
Mommy - consistency patch available under misc files.
Tempered Skin - consistency patch available under misc files.
Lucid Skin - consistency patch available under misc files.

Skin textures that do not need the fix, because they don't have unique normals:

The Pure - This skin mod doesn't have unique normal maps, so this fix wouldn't be necessary.
PB's 8k Silky Skin - This skin mod doesn't have unique normal maps, so this fix wouldn't be necessary.
Diamond skin - This skin mod doesn't have unique normal maps, so this fix wouldn't be necessary.
Leyenda Skin - This skin mod doesn't have unique normal maps, so this fix wouldn't be necessary.

*Of course mod authors are free to use my fix as a resource or base for their skin overhauls, consistency patches are also welcome.
