This mod was originally made by KOOSHIANN for SSE and backported by me thanks to open permissions. Below description is copied from the original modpage.
Beret with matte texture. Can be equipped without hiding hair as it is treated as a circlet.
ESP-FE.
Create it at Tanning Rack or get it at AddItemMenu.
This is my first creation using Blender. I made it to match my follower.
If hair falls out of the hat, use Outfit Studio or other software to make adjustments.
UPDATE
Mesh is now high-poly and smoother!
