This update adds new Imperial and new Stormcloak Soldiers to the New Tamriel World add sets the New Tamriel World to use the vanilla Helgen Cave Exit Quick Start, You select you character in the Helgen Exit Cave then pick an Imperial or Stormcloak Start.
