Increase the variety of clubs used by the Giants, bringing more
diversity to the encounters and a more realistic experience.








- 2 new types of Giant Club in 4k resolution and following the same style as the original Club. One resembles an axe, while the other resembles a double-sided hammer, each assigned respectively to 2 of the 3 vanilla Giant variants (this assignment may vary according to technical needs, with a Giant from one variant using a Club that generally belongs to another in certain situations); (check image above)


- 4k retexture of the original vanilla Giant Club released originally in low resolution of 512x512, maintained as a weapon used by the third of the 3 vanilla Giant variants; (check image above)

- The two Giant Clubs found on 2 certain camps that despite not being able to be picked up or used by the player, could be picked up by followers if commanded to do so, are now removed, as they were never intended as playable weapons, nor did they have adequate proportions for it, causing immense clipping in the hands of followers;

- The static models of Giant Clubs on the fields remain using the vanilla model, but are also retextured in 4k;

- The Giant's Club model that appears being used by the Giant at the beginning of the Companions quest remains with damage well below normal for gameplay reasons just like in vanilla. Other vanilla Clubs remain at the original 60 points of damage, with the new axe-type version causing 65 and the double-sided hammer-type causing 70, due to the difference in size and weight between the Club types;


- Although they have their own sounds for their attacks when they hit enemies made of flesh, or when they hit inanimate objects/ enemies made of other non-organic materials, these sounds in vanilla are often randomly replaced by sounds of the impact of two-handed swords, including attacks with bare hands, which doesn't make any sense. This has now been corrected and they only use the appropriate sounds. (check video above)



The mod is not compatible with other mods that modify the textures or model of vanilla Giant Clubs. If you have one installed, or think you might have one, put this mod below it/them in your load order. If you are asked about files overwriting those of other mods, press "Yes to all".
(OBS- If by chance when installing several of Mihail's mods at the same time you are asked about files overwriting those of other Mihail mods or other authors mods, don't worry because they are just the same files shared between mods. I recommend that on these occasions always give preference to the files contained in my mods, and among mine always give preference to the mod you are installing last.)
