Stops the constant hissing sound that occurs when you use the Access Container spell from Bound Container on the Steam workshop. You probably want to load this after Bound Container, but otherwise it should not cause conflicts.

It adds a new EFSH based off SoulTrapFXShader, but with no ambient sound, and reassigns this EFSH to the _SummonContainer MGEF. This ends the suffering.
