Process:
1. DDS to PNG
2. PNG Upscale Using AI to 4x Original Size
3. Save new PNG as DTX5 DDS
Simple. Smooth. I'm Enjoying it so far. (Sometimes I make minor adjustments to get better quality texturing afterward)
