Mod is fairly new but I will be updating this port as newer versions get released. Thanks for allowing this awesome port to the LE community MayhemMistress!! :D
PLEASE CHECK ORIGINAL MOD PAGE FOR THE INFO!! Link is above. This is just the ready-to-play port for the LE community! I tested it out for about 30-40 min with no problems. Nothing game-breaking at least. Please let ME know if you have any issues and NOT the original author. I have plans to test and backport many quest mods for LE in the future. Lastly, speaking to Maelis in the Bannered Mare will NOT start the quest. Mod is very investigative and not designed for hand-holding. The only hint I will give is check the area between Whiterun's Temple of Arkay and The Temple of Kynareth :)
