How to install:

Drag and drop Data folder into your Skyrim Data folder.

Or:

Use a Mod Manager like MO2 or Nexus Mod Manager.

How to play:

Start a new game. It will start you off in the Farming Simulator worldspace.

There's no way back to Skyrim (through normal means) as this is a separate story/experience.

Concepts covered -
Seed Picking, Crafting, Growing Crops, Buying & Selling, etc.

There are four types of cells.
1. Your Farm
2. Other NPC Farms
3. Wilderness
4. Merchants Quarter

You can do different activities in each one.

Seed Picking
You will find saplings in the wilderness that you can harvest for seeds. Then you can take them to your farms planters so that you can grow them into crops.
You will also find loose materials like firewood and stone in the wilderness.

Growing Crops
Activate a planter on your farm and select which crop you want to grow. Wait out the process of growing, and you'll receive a crop and a seed.

Buying and Selling
Go to the unmanned Merchant stall in the Merchants Quarter to the left of your original block of land. There you can choose to sell your crops.
Do so enough and you can go and buy things from other merchants like animals and another farm.

Crafting
Go to the crafting bench on your farm,
Select which item you want to craft
Select the correct formula. Wrong formula choice nets you wasted materials and junk. The correct choice gets you what you're aiming for.

Woodcutting (Resource Gathering)
Will be more relevant in expansions. When you craft an axe, you will be able to go up to the few, distinct, green leaved oak trees and attack them.
Upon doing so firewood will appear and you can pick them up. Trees for right now respawn every 10 seconds or so.

Story
Only basic fluff dialogue really exists for right now. You'll eventually be able to pick up new skills when you visit other peoples farms.

Notes:
You must quicksave/quickload for dialogue to become available with NPCs.
When you are locked in an animation (i.e. during seed picking or growing crops), simply jump or draw your weapons to get out of it.
Invisible walls exist around the Worldspace to keep you where you need to be. They will be denoted with green leaved Pine Forest Trees.
You cannot attack any NPC in the game.
Tutorial activators can be dismissed when activated. They are not finished right now and will be at some other point. Though most functions are self evident visually and through what the activators tell you to do.
To 'win' you need to craft the golden trophy which requires 1000 gold, a house being bought and 4 chickens being bought. In future expansions this will serve to transition you between worlds.
This is a compilation of ideas to be expanded upon later. You will get a taste of all the things there are to do in the simulator.
Was once an RTS demo that was never completed. Over the years it morphed into this.

I welcome feedback during this stage but keep in mind that I prefer to stick to particular ideas for consistency and personal enjoyments sake.
Magic is not something that's going to be present. Nor is combat, and nor is any references to violence. Hence why Butchery and animal harvesting (meat) will not be present. The vision going forward is that this is a peaceful, and friendly experience. But if you have feasible requests for particular animals
to be purchasable, certain motifs like snow farms, things of that sort - I'll definitely take it into consideration.

Future Plans:

Player voice
Quests
More animals
More crops
Deeper Complexity
Collectables
Cutscenes
