Press [Run/Walk] + [Sprint] to enable giving items to NPCs for 10 seconds: It'll add a dialog option for any NPC. (with default keybinds that's [LShift] + [LAlt]) Very barebones atm. I'm open to suggestions for (simple) additional features.
