Create the Bolts by arrows and change arrow's speed.

Add new recipe for create the each bolts by arrows. also each common arrows speed become very fast.

the inventory is full off each arrows, but bolts are very low unless create, also at least need craft and shipping in dawnguard for get and create each materials.
so, I created recipe.
also about arrow, changed arrow speed for use the bow very fast.
this esp is created by refer to "Fasterarrows".
///Install
set this esp by mod manger or put to data folder directly.
if you install origin "Fasterarrows" already, overwrite by this, but allow speed will become this esp's speed.
///Uninstall
remove this esp.
If there are "Fasterarrows", return to origin.
