SE VERSION
Short story long, this mod makes subtle changes to the appearance of some hand picked NPC's from vanilla Skyrim LE. Pictures are from my SE version of this mod, close enough, I'll add more as my playthrough advances. I did this for me and if you want to keep your Skyrim people very very lore friendly vanilla-the-way-it-should-have-been, check it out. If you want something else, don't even start reading, this text is way too long.
List of changes and whys:
Version 1
Fralia Gray-Mane
Wife of Eorlund Gray-Mane. Looks more like his mother.
Age and appearance changed better to match up to her husband and children. In vanilla she looks like 90-years old and her youngest child, Olfina, is around her 20's. You do the math. I'm not entirely sure how did her features came up but I tried to make them so that she looks at least somehow related to her kids. Felt cute, might change it later.
Bergritte Battle-Born
Read previous. Wife of Olfrid Battle-Born. Changed her hair color to dark grey. I bet my ass that 50% of women in Whiterun have white hair!
Hulda
She said she's planning to retire soon and sell the Bannered Mare to Ysolda. She's not a young lass anymore!
Ysolda
Dear, I'm sure your business with the Khajiit will make good profit, no need to look so worried all the time! Let's lift that brow a little.
Olfina Gray-Mane
Poor girl had a significant underbite. Welp, no more!
Camilla Valerius
Do you know where the duck face trend originated? It's so last season! She now has beautiful dark blue eyes too, we all know she's everyone's first love.
Marcurio, my man!
He needed a nose job. Really. And he is super reluctant to change his stupid yellow Adept robes so I gave him stylish Master robes. He only gets the benefit of magicka regen anyways so no OP cheat build here.

Housecarl in Falkreath. She likes the hood. I don't like the hood. I give her helmet. She takes helmet off and puts hood back again. I choose perfect touch. Pickpocket the hood. She is bald! She now has cool short pixie hair and a little lighter war paint. Also hood no more in inventory.

There is actually good looking beard styles, barber is not that expensive.
Annekke & Verner
They have an adult daughter, Annekke looked like her sister. Needs more wrinkles.
Keerava
Made her head just a bit more delicate and added "hair" to her. She looked like offline dino.
Ahlam
Has different tunic, I thought it suited better to her job in temple or sumthn

DIAPER
I also changed many of the edited ladies clothes to give more variety in Whiterun. I don't know if it worked because I have clothing mods that ef up by randomizing all common vanilla clothes and that's where I need you to tell me what happened! I haven't seen the housecarls yet because my current playthrough is in the beginning and I rage deleted my older saves. I'm like that..

Dark Face bug is a real thing. And as I said, I haven't had the opportunity to test if this mod works for anybody else. You have to be my guinea pig, ok?
I included facegen data files because someone smarter than me said that would prevent the dark face. I believe MO2 will install them correctly, just do it like with any other mod and correct me if I'm wrong.
Keep in mind that when I export facegen data in CK while making this mod, it automatically saves the changes where they are supposed to be so I haven't installed this via MO2 or anything.

I couldn't find any dark face fixing mods for LE, SE has one with many endorsements, I don't know if it works with LE.

INSTALLATION
MO2 is the only that I have used. You do you and hope for the best.
This mod won't break anything (I think) and it's safe to uninstall any time. It just changes vanilla assets of NPC's, you know, the slider of how high up the nose is or what hair style character has, it all just reverts back to vanilla when you remove the mod. I think.
COMPATIBILITY
This will definitely not work with anything that touches NPC faces. Everything else seems to be OK.
This mod works fine in my load order and I have, like, 300 mods and so far no conflicts as long as this is THE last in load order that affects any NPC's, including USLEP, Cutting room floor, UFO, marry anyone etc. I haven't tested it in clean install. And won't do that. Way too bothersome.
I modified all follower characters to have no level cap to prevent even that problem with follower mods.
SUPPORT
I'm an absolute n00b modder, just recently fell in love with CK. So it's very likely that if (and when) you come up with problems, I dunno what to do. I try my best, I promise! Luckily there are a lot of smart people here that may be able to help you and me out. I have a zero tolerance for toxic BS. If you are nasty, we don't talk.
IDEAS
You can tell me if there are other age inconsistencies, duck faces etc. that need attention. I won't change anyone just to make them hot or such. Except Marcurio. He's my man. Also report diapers.
KNOWN ISSUES
I don't know if this is vanilla or caused by some other mod but even before I made this, I took the diaper hats off from grannies and BOOM, they were all bald! Even though CK shows them having hair. So.. Messing with hats may cause immediate balding.
One very common issue is that maybe you just don't like this mod. There is an easy fix for that: don't download it and if you somehow managed to do that already, you can remove it. Bug reports are important, your personal opinion.. not so much.
