This animation will change cross bow attack speed.

the crossbow attack speed value changing didn't have the effect on editor.
as reason, the speed might control by hkx.
so I changed that this is fast more than now.
this will change all npc crossbow release animation, so if want to change only player, I recommend use the dynamic animation replacer.

put those hkx to below path as loose files or put after create directory if nothing still.
or use the dynamic animation replacer.

remove those files from above path.
if nothing other loose files, remove also directory.

we can fight high speed by crossbow.
[demerit]
all cross bow will be high speed. but, we can choose normal or dwarven because animation hkx are 2 files.
also the only custom release animation will be overwrite.
