About this mod
Adds all shouts as lesser powers ( separate from the original shouts, it won't replace them ). I mostly did it in order to make shouts compatible with Smart Cast's Auto-Cast.

You'll have to add all of the shouts yourself by console:

Note: Whirlwind Sprint is missing because i couldn't get it to work, I might try to fix it later on!
I could make it so it gives you the power once you unlock the last word of the shout for convenience, but for now i can't use CK, only xEdit, which could work for scripting, but I want to save myself the pain.
