Simple mod that modifies the courage, rally and call to arms spells in order to be cast on the player, it replaces the base spells with a version that can be cast on the player.
The magnitude of the spells is modified, for a few different reasons:
Courage: Now fortifies health and stamina by 50 rather than 25, I think just 25 would make the spell useless after the first few levels, so i decided to buff it a bit.
Rally: Instead of the original AOE it's just an upgrade of the Courage spell, which fortifies health and Stamina by 75.
Call to Arms: Fortifies Health and Stamina by 125 and also gives you 75 points in Marksman, One Handed and Two Handed, these are the original effects added by the spell, but i did raise the magnitute by a lot, the original magnitude is 25, the reason I did this is because skills work differently on the Player and on NPCs.
1 skillpoint for the player means a 0.5% dmg up
1 skillpoint for an NPC means a 2% dmg up
This is the reason I raised it by 75, even buffed this much, it still doesn't fully match the buff the NPCs recieve, but I thought that 100 would be too much.
I can easily modify those values, I think that my version is balanced enough, but If you would like a different version feel free to contact me!
THE MAGNITUDE OF THE SPELLS SHOULD BE DOUBLED BY THE MASTER OF THE MIND PERK ( I did not test it though, so i have no idea if it works, it was added last minute, not the smartest thing, i know )
Update: Added a Standalone Version, It does not replace the original version but you'll have to add the spell by yourself using the console:

Call to Arms - Self:

Alternatively you can just search them in the console by using:
help "courage - self"

This mod is still WIP, this is part of the reason i didn't add the tomes to a vendor or container, I'm trying to do the best I could by using only xEdit, but the problem with it is that I can't do much scripting with that, I can't currently use CK which is a huge hindrance, it's not entirely impossible to do with only xEdit, but it would be a huge pain to do so, I could cheat and copy the placement from someone else's mod, but that wouldn't be fair, so for now this has to do, If there's anyone willing to add them to a vendor using CK fell free to do so, I might try to do that in the future either by xEdit or by other means !
