I decided to add the cheat items I am using into the game as a Mod, and thought others might want to use it too, I like to play as a Duel Wielding Character so there is no shield and the other weapon is to give to your companion. Also the amount of Armors you find is doubled so you can pass them over to your Companion once you get one. I may update this in the future if I get request. There are No Enchanted Items.

To get the items you have to start a new game after enabling the esp and then collect them from Helgen Keep.

Note if you follow Ralof instead of Hadvar during your escape you may miss the Wardens Chest an other Chest on the way through, but you can fast travel back to Helgen Keep after you get to Riverwood and still enter the room where they are. 

I can only test my Mods with SkyrimLE but this only gives Vanilla Items so should work for Oldrim too.
