How to install -

Simply extract the contents of the .rar file into your Data directory.
This is usualy in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data

To uninstall simply delete the files named mus_maintheme.xwm and mus_maintheme_Conan.xwm
