Mercury Poisoning Starter Pack gives you the possibility to manipulate Mercury and its compounds to be used in battle, perfectly matched to a stealthy gameplay style. Mercury poisoning is so dangerous and potent that even inorganic targets, like ghosts, magic anomalies and even poison-immune like vampires and MACHINE NPCs are affected by it! To get your poisoning goods, first you need to extract Mercury from its ore in a smelter, the Quicksilver Ore :

By the way, did you know that Quicksilver is another name for Mercury? Good thing its ore is already available in Vanilla Skyrim, so you can just mine it enough to extract the pure elemental Mercury, like shown above...
Next, you'll need any cooking spit to boil down your pure Mercury with some other ingredients, so you'll end up with some nasty Organic Mercuric Compound in your hands:

Now you're all set to use it to sneak and pickpocket it on your enemies/victims, dab it on your weapons, or whatever you want!
Or you can use above items to craft a very special bow: the Daedric Bow of Saturnism:

I've lowered the most I could its base damage to make it behave as a special device to poison your opponents without killing them by arrow, that's why I prepared these Daedric Mercuric Darts with zero damage:

Please note that these darts won't poison your enemies if used with other bows, I only made them because 1 - to give you a craftable zero damage arrow option, since the only vanilla option would be the training arrows you obtain from one specific NPC in the game, and 2 - to give you a visually matching option to your bow, since even if you wanted to use training arrows, you'd be stuck using some garbage-looking ammo with your magnanimous Daedric weapon.

Instructions for installation:
1) Unpack the zip file to the skyrim mods folder
2) Enable them in the launcher, no particular ordering necessary
3) Play the game
Or you could just install them easily with NMM or MO2, you likely already know this stuff.
Incompatibilities:
Very likely none, as it uses vanilla resources to compose the objects. It uses very light scripts to alter the target speed, so it shouldn't weight too much on your game.
