This is a recreation of the "King Arthur" version of Excalibur.
To get the sword you have to reach the top of Lost Valley Redoubt. Across the bridge you'll find the cemetery of Artorius' knights (as seen in the movie).
There, from his grave, you can claim Excalibur for yourself, and become the Defender ofBritain the Reach.
Base Stats: 1-handed, equal to Ebony
Effect: 1.2x damage to Nords and Imperials. (This works like Wuuthrads effect). This is not an enchantment, so you can still add your own.
The sword can of course be tempered.
