First iteration
Just small tweaks that i've done to my taste: 1. Ahtar in Solitude now has executioner's hood equipped 2. Esmond Tyne (Paid in Full quest in Dragonborn DLC), Vipir the Fleet and Thrynn now have TG variant (grey) hood equipped. 3. Crossbows are made silent (like in vanilla) 4. Unenchanted TG armor pieces (including variant grey) can now be tempered
