BB's WHITERUN HOLD NPC OVERHAUL
This mod will overhaul the NPCs found in Whiterun Hold.
This mod does include Riverwood but doesn't currently include the Companions (you can find it separately here)
It currently covers over 95% of NPCs (not incl. Bandits). There are a few NPCs that haven't gotten a screenshot yet.
All the town/village NPCs have been covered, including elders.
Full version, or find men/women only versions under optional files.
New in v1.2 - More gradient age representation!
It always bugged me that NPCs were either 20 years old or middle aged. So I've added some customized head details to the NPCs to give a more realistic age representation. They are subtle, particularly for NPCs that would probably be in their 30s - idk about you but I'm in my 30s and I really don't have much in the way of wrinkles, and same for my friends (at least the ones who don't smoke or drink heavily...). 40s is where the NPCs start looking more weathered and NPCs in their 50s have distinctive wrinkles and blemishes. I'll update the screenshots when possible :)

Fully standalone, performance friendly, Light Plugin.
You will need Expressive Facial Animations for Men and Women.
Bits and Pieces Male Skin & Bits and Pieces Female Skin are also recommended but not essential.
