this is a series of mods that utilize a buy, build, sell and earn hub where i will ustilize a master file and add multiplke different addons for it that alllow you to buy land build structures and earn gold  farm mine or live currently only 2  addons are in Beta waitng for feedback




- Addon One - 

Apple Acre's

- this ais a buyable plot of land that you can build a hamlet/Apple Farm .
- Earn apples every day.
- Farm Plots for growing more apple trees or other Farmable Plants.
- Earn Gold in the Earnings Safe every 3 days
- Sell Apples using the Lord's Business Ledger
- Hire 2 Apple Farmers and build them their own homes. they do work the land .

-10/30/22-- added apple products to Apple Acre's Lord Ledger for Sale- added Caravan From apple acres to rorikstead and whiterun who sells apple products you sold through the lords ledger


- Addon Two - 

Lost Prospect Mine

- buy Lost prospect Mine Become a gold mine owner
- Earn Gold in the Earnings Safe.
- Hire Miners and Build a Barracks.
- build bridges to access the Gold Ore within the Mine easier.
- Build your own Cabin.

- Addon Three - 

Frostmoon Crag Camp

-must be a werewolf 
- build a small fortified camp with wooden barricade walls and a gate 
-construct tents and sleeping furs for you and the other members of the pack  i even added a couple extra tents and beds for those who use mods that allow you to move followers and spouses  to live there with the appropriate mods
-construct a shrine to Hircine lord of werebeasts with a pray marker so occasionally npcs will kneel and pray to thier lord
-Hire an npc follower for 500 gold
-marry and recruit Hjordis 
- added a single child bed
