BB's RIVERWOOD
A lore-friendly, fully standalone overhaul for the NPCs in Riverwood.
Included but not pictured, Lokir of Rorikstead, who starts the game on the cart with the dragonborn.
Consider this a teaser for the larger Whiterun hold which isn't too far off completion. I've been a bit slow finishing it because it's big, but also because it's such an iconic area of the game, I don't want to do it dirty. I want to get every NPC exactly how I want to represent it. I've also been rebooting a few older mods. I figured I could release Riverwood by itself, and incorporate it into the bigger Whiterun Hold mod later.
PATCHES FOR AI OVERHAUL & RBT (RACE-BASED TEXTURES) HERE
This mod is B.Y.O skin and Body. This means the NPC's appearance will vary depending on what skin mod you have installed.
Note for example, Hod and Alvor have very weak wrinkles in my screenshot because of the skin mod I use. Yours may look different.
Plugin is flagged as light to save your plugin limit and there (as usual) are options for men, women or both.

No master asset file. No conflicts. Performance optimized.
Expressive Facial Animations is recommended (see requirements).
If you get any mouth weirdness, this will solve it.
