   Cannot find Quintus Velius in the Winking Skeever. Waited for hours multiple times, people came and went. Quintus Velius is a no show. I see the house and have plenty of gold.

      Sorry about that. Everything seemed to work fine when I tested it. I've uploaded new version, please tell me if this fixed the issue.

      NP. He's in the tavern on a new game and also on two other character playthroughs. Not on my current playthrough, even past saves. So I guess the problems on my end. Thanks. Nice and cozy house btw, bought the house with the ones that worked.
