Changes Valdr's Lucky Dagger from a steel dagger to a Nordic dagger from the Dragonborn DLC.
I believe this is lore-friendly because Valdr and his friends are from Falkreath. In the Skaal Village, Morwen mentions that she came from Falkreath. Her mother Bera was originally from the Skaal Village and moved to Falkreath before Morwen was born. It's reasonable to imagine that Bera might have brought along some small, portable products (like daggers) from Solstheim to trade, to earn a little starting money to help establish her new household. This is my explanation for the presence of a Nordic dagger from Solstheim in the possession of a youth from Falkreath.
Version 1.1 corrects the tempering recipe to match a Nordic dagger. Improving the dagger at a grindstone now properly requires a quicksilver ingot instead of steel.
