Adds a small house and surroundings with a forge and all the smithing relatives, alchemy and storage, with a nice view over the waterfalls and the river. Suitable for the lonely Orc character.

Hey everyone, I've made this for my Orc character Mard'Ra, originally I made it using console commands but I decided to make a similar one in CK, and this is the result.
This place is located near the Dragon Bridge by following the river up you reach the place.
This is a private taste creation, and for me it's finished and has all my Orc girl needs, so there won't be any updates on it. Sorry guys n gals. Hope you like it :)
To install just place the esp file in your data folder and enable it.
To uninstall, just remove the esp file and you're good to go.
