Need a less blinding light for darker characters in sneaky situations, or simply want a apprentice spell for your new conjurer?
This mod offers both, plus an additional "teacher bug", helping you to learn more effectively.

What do you get?
A spell "Conjure Glowbug", three rings to conjure different glowbugs plustone ring to conjure the teacher bug.
that bug doesn't actually teach you anything, but it helps you concentrate exactly the same level (5%) as the rested bonus does. So this version can hardly be considered overpowered or a cheat.
If using the Insta100 version though, you'll be catapulted to Level 100 in whichever skill you use,  so it's safe to call that one a cheat version.
But it's immersive, as you do not have to open the console, but use vanilla game mechanics to your advantage.

Detailed description of the different glowbugs and their quirks:
Spoiler:
Show
Compared to a normal torchbug these guys are tiny, down to a tenth of the size of their big relatives.
This makes them much better flyers and able to keep up with - or in front of - the character conjuring them.

The conjured glowbug is only summonable via apprentice conjuration spell.
If you got enough magicka for candlelight, you can do this one too.
Lasts ten times longer and the light has the radius of a normal torch, but less intense.
Swithches light off when you are sneaking.
A bit more on the bluish side of the spectrum. A bit shy and easily spooked by other magical effects.
The lowest in glowbug hierarchy but normally in top position in formation.

The small glowbug is (like the other three following below) simply summoned
by equipping a special ring which doesn't use the ring slot.
The biggest one and has a brighter light with a radius of about four times of that of a torch.
Switches off when you are sneaking.
The most dominant but the one at he lowest point of the formation. The only thing that scares it away is taking the ring off.

The smaller glowbug with slightly dimmer light of the double radius of a
torch, even though beeing smaller than the conjured one.
Second highest in hierarchy and also swithes light off, when you are sneaking.

The smallest glowbug is - really small.
Has due to it's size the weakest light with the same radius as a torch, but
therfore is the only one allowed to keep light on when sneaking.
That will only work when alone or together with the conjured glowbug,
otherwise his bigger ring siblings take the lightregime.

How to get:
Spoiler:
Show
You can craft them, but the recipes only show when you got the arcane smithing perk, a filled petty soulgem, a torchbug thorax and a coin in your inventory for the rings at the forge.
For the spellbook swap coin with paperroll at the tanning rack.
Recepes vanish after crafting, but you can make more when you drop already produced items.
Or simply "conjure" them with something like AddItemMenu or Simple Mod Item Spawner

Known issues and incompatibilities
Should be compatible with almost everything, as no vanilla records were harmed during production.
The only thing i found myself was that using god items with extreme fortify skill effects high over 1000 reverted the learning rate back to normal. For example my own version of the Khajiit Ring worked only after nerfing it from 10000 to 1000. The same may be true for the vanilla rested perk and others using the "mod skill use" value, but who has time to differetiate between painfully slow and even slower?!

(Good job done asynchronising that swarm! No reload with everyone doing the air ballet with synchronized wingbeats.)
