I really liked the idea of the Serana Dialogue Add-on, but to me, the mod does also go with a slight change of her personality. I didn't like that, and so I started my own little project, just for myself. Changing the way Serana is perceived was something I tried to prevent at all costs.
She comments on the College Questline, the Morthal Quest, the Main Quest and many more (such as the Dragonborn DLC MQ).
The idea is similar to that of "Serana Relationship Revamped" by Novum-Semita, using the xVA Synth as well. But since I haven't seen a port of the mod to LE (and I don't know anything about backporting), so I decided to upload this anyway for all those playing Oldrim and wanting Serana a little more fleshed out.
I thought myself up to the challenge to try to keep Serana’s personality as close as possible to the original. Since most dialogue takes place after the Dawnguard quest is completed, any small change in personality could be attributed to her spending time with you and other NPCs.
I have made this mod with a Dawnguard-allied player in mind. I am really sorry, but I was too lazy to write more dialogue for the Volkihar side, I rarely choose it. I might add a little later, I was thinking about more submissive dialogue in that case, since you take the place of Lord of Clan Volkihar. But enough of "What if...".
Now Serana asks about the Civil War, you can talk to her about being Dragonborn, or comments on your skills.
And there are even different idles and hellos depending on whether she is your ally (Relationshiprank 3) or your lover (Relationshiprank 4, unlocked by wedding and romance mods out here on the nexus!)
I tried to make most lines independent of Relationship rank, so everyone has the most out of the features, but I thought, hey, why not add a little extra. If you really have her along on your journey, there will be a lot more diversity in her dialogue.
What is the point of my mod?
Well let’s just say fleshing out Serana. Since my Useless Interesting Relationships mod, I have been working on the xVA SKVA Synth 2 (WHAT AN AMAZING TOOL) to flesh out a lot of followers in Skyrim, give a few hints at my useless relationships to make them at least a little less useless and I have even been working on a quest mod for non-thieves guild and thieves guild players who must ally with Karliah to stop a very dark and ESO-style conspiracy regarding shadow magic, the Eldergleam and Nocturnal.
A little spoiler:
She likes ebony armor. On your character, and on herself.
She comments on weather, places and more. Just find out for yourself.
There are no spliced game files, it's all created by me in the Synth provided by Dan Ruta.

Thanks to Dan Ruta and everyone else involved in the XVA Synth in the slightest way because without it, this mod wouldn't be possible. The Synth is seriously a marvellous thing, and I can't stress enough how much I enjoy working with it.
Also big shout out to Martimius for "Serana Dialogue Add-On". It's a great mod, it's just not what I wanted my Serana to be like in game. So I made this for myself. I hope he's not offended, that is nowhere my intention. I didn't copy anything, this is all 100% my ideas.
How to install?
Drop the esp and bsa or the loose files into your data directory. And enable the mod. Place it above Enhanced Lights and FX, for whatever reason CK made a few actors in cells persistent/enabled (shouldn't cause any problems but you never know). But I think it would work underneath it as well, I have no idea.
Future Plans:
Not much. Maybe a few more lines.
But... I am creating a VIGILANT and Beyond Skyrim: Bruma addon, adding comments and dialogue to her to these quest mods.
