A simplistic Winterhold overhaul for those who felt the city felt a little barren.

A long time ago on a Mongolian Basket Weaving Forum, I wanted to learn how to use the Creation Kit. Anon E Moose asked for me to create this
mod so I did.
It changes the various destroyed houses in Winterhold into "Abandoned Houses" with some cute decorations thrown in.
None of the houses are Navmeshed but they're cute to look at and add an
extra sense of scale to the small village.
Compatibility
Incompatible with anything that changes Winterhold. I may create some patches, we'll see. Feel free to make your own.
