This mod added vigilant mercenaries to all nine holds of skyrim. These vigilants will patrol like regular guards but will not make any arrest, they will only attack daedra,vampires,bandit, were creatures that are 100% hostile. It doesnt affect civil war campaign you guys should be fine, no gray face or face glitch you guys may put the mod to any load order. Vigilant of stendarr are also level npc they will level up with the player up to 300.
