BACKGROUND
This character is a part of a work-in-progress project called 'Horoscope Ladies': to create a lady in correspondence with each of the 12 zodiac signs. Here you can see my detail ideas behind the character design. Elise is of Aquarius. I was greatly inspired by the beauty of Evelyn Nesbit in the creation. Only 1 left for me to complete the plan!
