Concept Shields and Helms
Implements the open guard helmets and better hold shields inspired by the concept art of Stormcloak equipment. Should be compatible with other mods that don't change the mentioned items. Skyrim does not simply allow to hide beards while wearing a helmet, and so some clipping issues are possible. Now with fixed Solitude guards.
