About this mod

Adds craftable versions of certain two-handed weapons that are lighter and faster but do less damage. Does not conflict with vanilla weapons.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
**(This is not a replacer. All the lighter weapons are new and shouldn't conflict with the vanilla weapons, and mods which affect them.)**

Tired of your two-handed melee weapons being so heavy and slow? Well, now you can craft lighter versions of some of them with:

50% less weight (which also lessens the cost of power attacks).

20% more reach.

50% more attack speed.

less detection sound (which may assist with stealth. Do note that some light weapons may even be silent, as opposed to being lowered from 'loud' to 'normal'. This is due to the game making some weapons' sound detection 'normal' in vanilla, which means I've lowered them further to 'silent').

a slightly cheaper recipe.

**However, these weapons come at the cost of:**

30% less attack and critical power (25% for battleaxes, and 20% for warhammers).

30% less stagger (25% for battleaxes, and 20% for warhammers).

(They cannot be broken down at a smelter.)

**Weapons affected:**

Some greatswords, battleaxes, and warhammers. Also note that the Unofficial Skyrim Patch has made various changes to the vanilla weapons, such as increasing the greatsword speed to 0,75. So I'll use that value for the greatsword calculation.

(For quick searching on this page, I've placed [1] before the greatsword list, [2] before battleaxes, and [3] at the warhammers.)

**[1] Greatswords:**

- Iron.

- Steel.

- Orcish.

- Dwarven.

- Nord Hero.

- Elven.

- Nordic.

- Glass.

- Ebony.

- Stalhrim.

- Daedric.

- Dragonbone.

**[2] Battleaxes:**

- Iron.

- Headsman's Axe (has longer range than other battleaxes. Is set to silent).

- Steel.

- Dwarven (is set to silent).

- Nord Hero (is set to silent).

- Elven (is set to silent).

- Nordic.

- Glass (is set to silent).

- Ebony (is set to silent).

- The Rueful Axe replica (counts as an ebony weapon, is unenchanted, and can be enchanted.

Is set to silent.

You must have The Rueful Axe in your inventory in order to unlock this recipe.

Also note that The Rueful Axe is the slowest battleaxe, so the 50% speed boost won't be as much as the other weapons).

- Wuuthrad replica (counts as an ebony weapon, and does not have the bonus effect from its original version.

Is set to silent.

You must have Wuuthrad in your inventory in order to unlock this recipe).

- Stalhrim.

- Daedric (is set to silent).

- Dragonbone (is set to silent).

**[3] Warhammers:**

- Iron.

- Steel.

- Orcish.
