Sinopsis de Las lágrimas de Kaiu:
El enigmático Año del Juicio ha llegado, como cada cincuenta y seis años, provocando terribles conflictos en todos los reinos.
Los señalados, hombres y mujeres que han desarrollado habilidades especiales, son objeto de persecución por los fanáticos Arwu-Ictos y deben aprender a defenderse para hacer frente a un terrible plan maestro lleno de argucias, mentiras y secuestros.
Los destinos de Hargar, un herrero con un misterioso pasado, y Tae'sha, una bella dekyriana destinada a morir desde el día en que nació, se cruzan con el de Kardán, un hombre que busca al asesino de sus padres mientras intenta no ahogarse entre su propio sufrimiento y un amor tortuoso.
