A new enlarged exterior house variant in a single static mesh. including a minimalistic interior cell matching the exterior dimensions.
added a balcony, a basement and (256x512)x2 Skyrim units worth of living space to Dralas' Cottage or Carlotta's house. Some may want to use it as is, some may want to add more to it and some may want to use just the static mesh to add to their towns for additional variations. The balcony is a replica of the one found on Sku11M0nkey 's house accept has more surface area. Everything has been recollisioned so even the space under the overhangs may be used unlike it's vanilla counterpart. The Interior and balcony are navmeshed and doors are finalized so NPCs can use everything. I left the exterior vanilla navmesh as is so you may get the occational deer slamming into it because the navmesh says there is nothing there to avoid. The vanilla LE file started as 523KBs and ended up as 1619KBs after changes and for SE started at 260 KBs and ended up as 963KBs in size after changes. The house is situated near the road between Whiterun and the western watchtower.
