What does the mod do:
The creators of HearthFires did not bother to create their own textures for Dovakin's houses, but simply prescribed Vaitran textures for them. But it's one thing - houses that have stood in a cold, humid climate for decades, another is Dovakin's brand-new house, built with his own money from fresh logs (straight from the sawmill!), it would seem... And I remember my first game, when there were no mods (for me, or in nature at all) and money was earned "with sweat and blood" and the first house built by my Dovakin, and these walls, similar to the walls of our front, until the tenants chipped in and repaired it. Plaster swollen from fungus, cracks and dirt...
Now there are dozens of palaces and manors in my Skyrim, drowning in luxury, and why do I need these squalid houses from HearthFires? But every time I started a new game, I was busy building them again and again, and every time I was upset looking at the walls. Somehow I set a Tropical Skyrim and was pleasantly surprised: how the houses were transformed, it became cozy and warm in them! I tried to transfer textures from the mod and realized that they change not only HF houses, but also parts of Whiterun, which looks ridiculous. I had to prescribe my own way to textures for every detail of the house. The work is tedious and unattractive for me. But it is made and now HearthFires houses have their own textures and by the way, you can change them to your taste as much as you want. It is enough to rename your texture and replace the texture from the mod with it, which I recommend you to do if the textures of the mod are not to your taste.
Optional:
- added option 1.1a textures in more restrained cool tones, with green tiles. Install on top of the main mod with replacement.
added option 1.1b textures in burgundy tones, with burgundy tiles. Install on top of the main mod with replacement.
-added texture of stables.
Update 2.0:
-changed the texture of the walls;
-darker wood textures;
-replaced the textures planters and rugs;
-carpet textures will also be replaced in Whiterun and elsewhere;
-the textures of the planters will also be changed in Solitude and the mods where they are used.
Update 2.0c:
-textures in blue tones.

Что делает мод:
Создатели HearthFires не заморачивались созданием собственных текстур для домов
довакина, а просто прописали им вайтранские текстуры. Но одно дело -
дома, простоявшие в холодном, влажном климате не один десяток лет,
другое - новехонький дом довакина, построенный на собственные денежки из
свежих бревнышек (прямо с лесопилки!), казалось бы... И я помню свою
первую игру, когда не было ( у меня, или вообще в природе) никаких модов
и деньги зарабатывались "потом и кровью" и первый, постренный моим
довой домик, и эти стены, похожие на стены нашего парадного, пока жильцы
не скинулись и не отремонтировали его. Вздувшаяся от грибка штукатурка,
трещины и грязь...
Теперь в моем Скайриме десятки дворцов и усадеб, утопающих в роскоши и зачем спрашивается мне
эти убогие домишки из HearthFires? Но всякий раз, начиная новую игру, я
снова и снова занималась их строительством и каждый раз огорчалась,
глядя на стены. Как-то поставила Тропический Скайрим и была приятно
удивлена: как преобразились дома, стало в них уютно и тепло! Попробовала
перенести текстуры из мода и поняла, что они изменяют не только дома
HF, но и части Вайтрана, что выглядит нелепо. Пришлось прописывать
каждой детали дома свой путь к текстурам. Работа нудная и
малопривлекательная для меня. Но она сделана и теперь у домов
HearthFires - свои тестуры и кстати говоря, вы можете менять их на свой
вкус сколько угодно. Достаточно переименовать свою текстуру и заменить
ею текстуру из мода, что я и рекомендую вам сделать, ежели текстуры мода
пришлись вам не по вкусу.
Опционально:
- добавлен вариант 1.1а текстуры в более сдержанных холодных тонах, с
зеленой черепицей. Устанавливать поверх основного мода с заменой.
- добавлен вариант 1.1b текстуры в бордовых тонах, с бордовой черепицей.
-добавлена текстура конюшен.
